I joined Golden lady from ask gamblers, I deposited with them 4 times. and could not even get close to play through. So I stopped playing then Peter called me made me an offer if I would try them again that I would receive my cash back pulse $125 if I did not win. He stated the code would be already on my account. I told him I would get to it when I had time the next day he called again with the same offer and asked me to log on then to clam offer, I tried but their casino crashed my computer while trying to talk to support. he called 2 more times till I finally went to deposit but the offer he promised was no ware to be seen so I used another bonus offer and actually won over 4 grand but max cash out was only $260 so on july 21st I did a withdraw for the $260 and as soon as I did the rest of my bal was wiped out down from 3900 to 11 at the cashier it states verification may or may not be required. So after waiting from july 21 to july 26th and still not seeing my withdraw approved I sent them an email asking what the delay was 2 days later they reply saying I need to send in verification which upset me because they waited a week to tell me they wanted it after Peter had told me on the phone that it was ok that im a good player and SO all is fine but as soon as I won a lousy $260 you would think im trying to get 10,000 from them I have almost deposited the amount I won and they seem to have no problems what so ever collecting my money from my account in 24hrs or less, so why cant they pay in at least within 48hrs? I sent in what they asked for and still it dose not show in my account the withdraw even being approved yet they called me time and time again asking me to deposit yet they are taking way to long to honor a pay out,, I play at another casino over seas and they have me paid in 48hrs from time i request the withdraw to time money is in my account, so almost 2 weeks is unacceptable even on my very first win with the other casino they had me paid in 3 days time Golden Lady did not honor the offer peter said I would be given if I deposited with them again which would of let me withdraw up to $5000 not a lousy $260 and is doing all they can to delay even paying out such a small win I have emailed them and they do not reply so now I am forced into filing a dispute or complaint with you.

it has been 2 months and Golden lady still has not paid my $260 win I submitted my documents and they still do not pay yet they still call trying to get me to deposit more last time peter called I said he had some nerve to ask me to deposit again when they still have not even paid my small win.

This complaint has been reopened upon submitter's request and we would like to give it one more chance for a successful resolution.

Still No reply from thses theifs not here at askgamblers and not by email nor have they eaither paid me my win or paid me back my deposits Dam crooks

On May 3rd. I made a deposit at Golden Lady Casino. After a day and a half I had built the balance to over a $1000.00, but continued to play. I finally requested a withdrawal of $602.00 on May 5th. I contacted the live chat agent before doing so to make sure that everything was in order since this was my first withdrawal at this casino. I was told that all I needed to do was submit my ID to support via e-mail to verify my account. I did that immediately. Since it was a bitcoin deposit with no bonus attached, there was no wagering requirements, no betting or game restrictions and no cash-out limits.
On July 2nd I received an email from Golden Lady Casino, and another casino which I have a long overdue pending withdrawal at, that my withdrawal had been canceled and the funds returned to my account balance. I went online and asked the live chat agent what had happened. I was told that there was a glitch in the system and that I can resubmit the withdrawal. I did that without delay.
I regularly inquire about the status of the withdrawal through both live chat and to support via e-mail. The response is always the same: We apologize for the delay, don't worry it is in the queue for payment. Yadda, Yadda, Yadda. I always try to be patient and polite in my correspondences, though I admit at times I might not have been a complete success. It has been 7 months and I am quite frustrated. There is no way to download the chat conversations so I have had to copy and paste them in my notes. I may have missed one or two that the agent closed the chat on before I had the chance to copy them.
I have provided everything that they have asked me for and given them the bitcoin wallet address more times than I can remember. If you can help me to motivate Golden Lady Casino to complete this transaction, I would be forever grateful. I have attached my notes of chats formatted in Word along with my deposit and withdrawal records at that casino. I have many e-mails which I will gather in another Word document and have available.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
