Pending Withdrawal over 1k

I was happy to get a win after depositing a lot of money but unfortunately i've got stopped multiple times:

First I had to verify my account which I did, than I got a message that I am "Fully verified"

The second stop was when they requested copies of my cards, I did that also now I am again Fully verified.

The third stop was that I cannot withdrawal to card only to bank which I understand and I did.

The fourth stop is that my withdrawal is still not touched and I have contacted customer support multiple times but they said that they cannot help as Financial department is checking them only and they have no access for more information.

I kindly asked if there is something else I need to do or to send more documents? Why is my withdrawal not approved? They answered there is nothing else needed and I have to wait for the Financial department to check.

Why are so many stops ? To be honest I am very worried if I will receive my funds after being as they say Fully verified? Why is it taking so long? I cannot afford to Cancel the withdrawal as I want to enjoy my winnings.

I really enjoyed the Casino and the games and perhaps I will play more if I will receive my winnings. But until that time I am a bit worried, confused and I am afraid to trust the site.


Can someone please help me what is happening?

After sending the complaint seems that my withdrawal was approved .
Had a winning of 1329 EUR and received 1229 EUR , they have very very high withdrawal fees (10%) but at least i got my withdrawal finally.
Via support chat they could not help me. But it worked this way, thank you

Withdrawals Delay 1800 dollars
Dear Team,

I am submitting a complaint regarding my experience with Tsars Casino.

I registered a few days ago and completed the verification process successfully. My deposits via Neteller were processed without any issues, and I was able to play normally.

After playing, I requested two withdrawals via Neteller — using the same payment method as my deposits:
• $1,000
• $800

Approximately two hours after submitting the requests, I received an email stating that my withdrawal “might experience a slight delay due to a minor technical difficulty.” This message appeared to refer to the second withdrawal ($800). I replied to their email asking whether both withdrawals would be affected and whether I should resubmit the requests; however, I did not receive any response.

When I logged back into my account, I noticed that the $800 withdrawal request had disappeared entirely. It is no longer visible in my casino account or in the withdrawal history. The first withdrawal of $1,000 still shows a “processing” status.

I contacted customer support several times via live chat. I was repeatedly told that everything would be fine and that the relevant department was working on it, but no explanation has been provided regarding the missing withdrawal and no timeframe has been given.

I chose this casino after seeing positive feedback about their withdrawal processing times on AskGamblers, which is why this situation is particularly concerning.

I am simply requesting clarification and the proper processing of my withdrawals, as these are legitimate winnings and were requested through the same method used for deposits.
