Hello there,
It has been 2 weeks since my last withdrawal(23/05/21) and I still don't have it. In their terms and conditions it says only 3-5days. I ask live chat every other day and they don't plan on giving it soon, I guess. And it's only $550nzd and delaying it so much. They are saying something about Australian bank went wrong. I am from NZ, not Australia.

We are terribly sorry about this situation.
Recently we had an exact complaint that got resolved:

As was already mentioned in this previous complaint:
"Unfortunately, this issue is mainly based on Australian/New Zealand banks and how they process international payments.
Recently they have changed their system, and we are trying to adapt to it as best as we can."
But the good news is that for a few days now they have been processing payments without any problems - so it's just a matter of time until:
A) Money will be in your bank account
B) Money will be credited back to your Tsars balance, and you will be able to request a new withdrawal.
Once again - apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
