Recently we had an exact complaint that got resolved:
As was already mentioned in this previous complaint:
"Unfortunately, this issue is mainly based on Australian/New Zealand banks and how they process international payments.
Recently they have changed their system, and we are trying to adapt to it as best as we can."
But the good news is that for a few days now they have been processing payments without any problems - so it's just a matter of time until:
A) Money will be in your bank account
B) Money will be credited back to your Tsars balance, and you will be able to request a new withdrawal.
