So I've had my account for quite some time, made been verified for a long time as well, made several deposits and withdrawals before successfully.
Now I won around 450 Euro, that I withdrew, they accepted some time after at Saturday last weekend, and I then expected my money to show up on Monday, but it didn't. Now I've been waiting almost 10 days without it and I'm getting worried, can you help me out here?

We received a reply from the payment system that the payment was returned to us. We have returned the balance to the customer's account to try again.
We ask the customer to contact casino support if there are any further questions.
