Delayed payment of 200 euros

I've requested a €200 withdrawal on the 1st of July. Since then I've been in contact everyday with customer service asking why the request is still pending and the answer is always the same: "We're waiting feedback from the payment provider".
I have my account fully verified and have been paid only once before.
The only deposit method I've used so far was my personal debit card and the only withdrawal method available is bank transfer.
I have been offered the option to deposit first with either crypto or skrill to enable these methods as withdrawal options.

Unfortunately, our bank is experiencing technical difficulties with payments. So far, the largest number of payments have been processed on the bank's side. And they are continuing to process them one by one. This might take some time.

As our support has already informed you, we can always go out of our way to allow you to use other payment methods, such as cryptocurrency. If there are no other options available.

According to the rule:

8.7 We will try to accommodate your request regarding the payment method and payment currency of your withdrawal. However, this cannot be guaranteed. We may therefore process and pay withdrawals by other methods than those requested by You, such as through various payment providers, bank draft or bank transfer (any fees associated with the relevant payment methods are set out on the Website). Similarly, in some cases, the currency in which you withdraw may be different from the currency in which your deposit was made or otherwise requested by you, and in circumstances where we need to convert your deposits between different currencies, the conversion rate we use shall be set at our discretion.

We apologize for the delay, your patience is greatly appreciated.

Withdrawals Delay 1800 dollars
Dear Team,

I am submitting a complaint regarding my experience with Tsars Casino.

I registered a few days ago and completed the verification process successfully. My deposits via Neteller were processed without any issues, and I was able to play normally.

After playing, I requested two withdrawals via Neteller — using the same payment method as my deposits:
• $1,000
• $800

Approximately two hours after submitting the requests, I received an email stating that my withdrawal “might experience a slight delay due to a minor technical difficulty.” This message appeared to refer to the second withdrawal ($800). I replied to their email asking whether both withdrawals would be affected and whether I should resubmit the requests; however, I did not receive any response.

When I logged back into my account, I noticed that the $800 withdrawal request had disappeared entirely. It is no longer visible in my casino account or in the withdrawal history. The first withdrawal of $1,000 still shows a “processing” status.

I contacted customer support several times via live chat. I was repeatedly told that everything would be fine and that the relevant department was working on it, but no explanation has been provided regarding the missing withdrawal and no timeframe has been given.

I chose this casino after seeing positive feedback about their withdrawal processing times on AskGamblers, which is why this situation is particularly concerning.

I am simply requesting clarification and the proper processing of my withdrawals, as these are legitimate winnings and were requested through the same method used for deposits.
