Delayed payment of 200 euros
I've requested a €200 withdrawal on the 1st of July. Since then I've been in contact everyday with customer service asking why the request is still pending and the answer is always the same: "We're waiting feedback from the payment provider".
I have my account fully verified and have been paid only once before.
The only deposit method I've used so far was my personal debit card and the only withdrawal method available is bank transfer.
I have been offered the option to deposit first with either crypto or skrill to enable these methods as withdrawal options.
