Treasure Spins stalling withdrawl for over 2 months

I have an total of 1405.7 USD in my account at Treasure Spins casino. I have been trying to withdraw my money for over two months now, everytime i contact support they give me the same answer that they are currently reviewing my account, and since the review is being conducted by another department they can't give me a timeframe.

It feels like they are just trying to withhold my withdrawal, it's not reasonable for a simple review to take over 2 months.
