I made a deposit of 100 euro with a 100% sportsbonus. I won a few bets, and made it to 1402 euro. I then tried to make a withdrawal for almost 2 weeks, where I every 2-3 days got a mail where I had to send in new documentation.

Today I got a mail where they told me that they had canceled my withdrawal, and removed 1302 euro. I got to keep my deposit, but everything else was gone.

What evidence is this? Can you post it here so everybody can see? You have nothing, and you know it.
Some days ago you sent me a mail (see picture). You tell me that I have abused the sportsbook offer. You also tell me that I have made big bets on high odds. This is how I always bet. I have never got my money stolen before, so I find this very strange, and extremly frustrating.
I hope you can change your mind about this as soon as possible!

Yes, you have sent me a long list of different reasons on why some winnings can be canceled.
You have not told me the reason why you decided to take MY money.
I made a total of 10 bets. I won 7 and lost 3. I played on big leagues like Premier League, Serie A, NBA and so on. I got lucky, and won a total of 1302 euro, which is a lot of money for me.
I can’t see what I have done wrong, so I beg you to make a new desicion.

I have been betting for 10 years now, and have never been up to anything like this.

NZD 1000 Withdrawal Delayed by Treasurespins

Hi, I am filing a complaint against Treasurespins regarding a delayed withdrawal of NZD 1,000 (USDT via Ethereum).

I submitted my withdrawal request on 7 April 2026. As of today, the withdrawal remains in “pending” status, exceeding the casino’s stated processing timeframe.

I have contacted customer support multiple times. Each time, I received generic responses stating that my withdrawal is “under review” or “being handled by another department.” They have failed to provide any clear timeframe or meaningful update.

The casino initially stated withdrawals may take up to 3 working days. This timeframe has already passed, and I am still waiting without resolution.

I have complied with all requirements and have not violated any terms or conditions. There is no valid reason for this delay.

I am requesting:
- Immediate processing of my withdrawal of NZD 1,000
- A clear explanation for the delay

Does not pay out withdrawal after a month of waiting

Hi,

I have 49924 NOK at this bookie and struggle to withdraw them to bank. They only accept 10000NOk per withdrawal. I had a successful withdrawal of 10000 NOK 11.9.2023 this year after months with verification issues and reviews from the bookmaker. But at last my account was kyc verified. See attached picture.

Made a new withdrawal 09.10.2023 and it is still not processed a month later. Their support says my account is under review again. Do they make a new review of the account after every withdrawal? And why does it take months?`

I have made over 170 bets on this bookie and have made 2 deposits. The first deposit was 1000 NOk and gave a bonus of 1000NOK.

The rollover terms was met and a while after that I made a new deposit without bonus. Treasure Spins stalling withdrawl for over 2 months

I have an total of 1405.7 USD in my account at Treasure Spins casino. I have been trying to withdraw my money for over two months now, everytime i contact support they give me the same answer that they are currently reviewing my account, and since the review is being conducted by another department they can't give me a timeframe.

It feels like they are just trying to withhold my withdrawal, it's not reasonable for a simple review to take over 2 months.

Hi im having terrible trouble getting Treasure Spins to hurry up and verify my account and send me my winnings. They originally verified me within a couple of days but than a day later my withdrawl was cancelled and i had to verify myself again as an additional security measure Treasure Spinsasked me to upload a selfie with my ID and to than upload it so I quickly uploaded the extra requested selfie and ID document and still to this day I am waiting.

And they have given me an indefinite waiting time period as to how long it might take to verify my account AND send me my winnings. Ive also been trying to withdraw the winnings in my account but its still just sitting there indefinitely at the moment.

My withdrawal has been pending for 8 days and when they have a max withdrawal of 1000 euro/day and the max one pending withdrawal. It's not ok when I have 19000 euro I want to withdraw!

They refuse to verify my account

Hello. Some time ago I opened an account here, made a deposit and started betting. After playing a little and not winning anything at all, I decided to verify the account and withdraw the remaining funds. On 31/10/2022, I uploaded all the necessary documents to the website and waited. Then they sent me a letter saying that my documents were not suitable. I sent new certificates, I received an absolutely identical rejection letter again. Then I went to the bank, paid the money, probably made a bank statement and uploaded it to the website again. And once again I got the answer that the application is not suitable. And not once did they tell me the reason for the refusal.
