Withdrawal of 709 Euros not send


I made 100e deposit 14-10-2022 with 100% bonus. I managed to recycle bonus and made made my first withdrawal attempt 15-10-2022. Same time I send required documents for KYC-process. Some of those documents were not approved so I had to send newer documents. Those were approved little bit later. For some reason they still wanted some documents of my deposits from their sister sites. Well I send those too. During these document wars my first withdrawal was denied due to unfinished KYC process. I waited a day and logged in to my tournaverse account and checked KYC documents. All four of them were accepted. Then I made my second withdrawal attempt (709e) 18-10-2022.

Tournaverse casino promise to process payout requests within 48 hours. It has taken much more than that and withdrawal status is still pending. I have contacted them several times by email. All the times answers have been the same generic patience, patience and patience nonsence with various "people" like Joey, Angie, Luke and Rose.
