Payout delayed since December 19th

I have an approved withdrawal 19.12.2025, and Tournaverse doesn´t make a payout. They only answer from support rarely, only telling that their relevant team will investigate the issue.

So they dont ask for any documents or tell that I have broken the rules, only payment is missing. I have all the emails saved and have a picture of the approved payout.

Please note that when contacting the operator, they will not answer easily, so you must ask many times, even 5 times is not enough. Could you try to help me with this? ID for case is [39D-30F28097-0076] in Tournaverse.

Hi, casino has replied to me, but this won´t change the situation, here is their message attached. This is I think sixth time that they reply like this, I don´t think this is true, I believe they aren´t investigating anything, just delaying payout.

On 04/21/2023 I made a deposit of 20usd using the Skrill payment system. After a fun time, I tried to request a withdrawal, however there was no withdrawal to Skrill. What is a poor quality of customer service, the deposit is accepted, but there is no withdrawal of funds to the payment system through which the deposit was made.

Only a bank account was available. This withdrawal request method is extremely inconvenient for me. First, because of the time it takes to process payments and second, because of bank fees for these payments, which increases costs.

Further, I was asked to pass the KYC. The condition is standard. However, the processing and response to letters from the casino took 2 days each time. After verifying and verifying the account, I received confirmation from the casino.

It has been more than 50 days since the casino processed my withdrawal request. I received an email notification from the casino on 04/30/2023 about the fact that the casino was approved. Until now, the funds have not been credited to my details specified during the withdrawal of funds. The casino refuses to provide information about sending funds to my account.
The casino refuses to make a withdrawal to another payment method, provide confirmation of sending funds to my address. It also refuses to process the withdrawal of funds to an alternative payment system. How can I withdraw 202 in full 50 days!!!
I am ready to provide all confirming screenshots.
