Over a Month now of promising I still didn't get my withdraw

Hello AskGamblers

I have had before a delayed withdrawal from Casino Tournaverse and it got solved, they were nice and friendly and they solved that delay and actually sent me my money and I thought it might be an honest mistake and the delay as they said rarely happens ,,, so I trusted that and kept playing at Tournaverse.

After some losses I got lucky and won 3000 euro. I asked for withdrawal ( without going into the details ) it got accepted and it was sent out from the casino side on 11/3/2023 ( as they told me in Email ) but the money was split into installments.

So the first 1000 euro was in my bank account on 21/03/2023, and the second payment was supposed to be sent out on 25/03/2023 ( as you can see from the screenshot in the attachments ) but today is 11/04/2023 and I still didn't get anything.

I contacted the Support and the Live chat couple of times but with the same answer all the time ( we are sorry there might be a delay and please we ask you to be patient ).

It has been a month now, since the day that my withdrawal got accepted, every Gambler knows how painful it is to wait, and how u check your bank account every single day to see if you got your money or not. I don't have a doubt that Tournaverse is legit Casino, but this delay thing is killing me, and I don't even know if they have sent me 2000 remaining or only 1000, they didn't clear that in any email.

I hope this gets resolved soon, because I am really tired of waiting and thinking about this every single day for the last month.

hi , first of all , i got the last 1000 euro last Friday , finally ,

i have closed my account at your Casino , because it was the most painful online experience i have ever had ( money related )
almost 4 months of delay and i had to contact MGA , and Maltese Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity , and Condor Malta Limited . hours of writing emails , and days and days of waiting and promising ,,

i mean i thank you for finally sending me my money ,, but that experience has hurt me badly mentally and financially
