Not Processing Withdrawal by Requested Method
After winning around £500 at the casino and noting that they were unable to process payments to Mastercard (which I deposited with) I requested the withdrawal via Skrill which is another method I have used to deposit at the casino. After requesting the withdrawal I received an email requesting photo ID, photo of bank card and a request for a RIB document (which I have never heard of). In particular, they request that the RIB document shows the IBAN number, BIC Code and the official logo of the bank. I contacted my bank card provider (Pockit) and they told be that as I am unable to receive overseas payments they would be unable to provide me with such a document. I have explained this by email to Toptally's customer service several times and repeatedly asked why it is not possible to process the withdrawal to my Skrill account? This question has been consistently ignored and I just receive repeated requests for information about my bank account I have told them I cannot provide.
I would like Toptally to process my withdrawal via Skrill. I am happy to provide any other identification documents they require.
