30000 GBP winnings still unpaid

I’m hoping someone here can offer some advice or share their experience, because I’m getting increasingly concerned about my situation with The Sun Play Gaming.

Here’s the timeline:

• I won £30,000 over 10 days ago.

• I have completed every verification request they have made.

• I have provided my passport, live photo, bank statements, payslips and Apple Pay details.

• Despite providing everything requested, I am still waiting for my winnings.

• I keep receiving generic responses telling me to wait for a further response or contact an email address that doesn’t respond to my messages.

What I find particularly strange is that just days before winning the £30,000, I withdrew over £5,000 in winnings from the same account, and that withdrawal was processed and paid to me within around an hour.

Now, after winning a significantly larger amount, I’ve been waiting over 10 days despite apparently completing all the requested verification checks.

I’m becoming particularly anxious because I previously had a similar experience with another casino, where I waited around four weeks before my winnings were ultimately refused. Naturally, I’m now worried that I’m potentially heading towards the same situation again.

I’m not trying to cause unnecessary trouble — I just want some clarity. If all the verification has been completed and my previous £5,000+ withdrawal was processed within an hour, I don’t understand why I’m now being left waiting with no clear explanation or timeframe.

Has anyone else had a large withdrawal delayed by The Sun Play Gaming?
