Withdrawal lengthy delay

Complaint regarding Televega. I won $1000 and tried to cash it out on the 07/09 and was successfully approved on the 08/09 however i never received my money. I have contacted Televega 7 times via live chat and keep getting the basic "please wait" or wait longer. They also keep saying its 5-7 days to process into my account which clearly means they dont read what they are doing as we are going on 11 days. I was also asked to submit my bank pdf which i did and someone in Financial department would contact me back after 6 hours however that was nearly 28 hours ago. I understand its a busy period but Telegava have been non helpful there support is totally not trained well and all i want is a solid answer and the money i have rightfully won and done everything correctly. This was RAW money and nothing should be delaying a withdrawal 11 days now
