Withdrawal Delayed 5 Days After Account Closure No Transparency No Resolution

I am filing this complaint against Telbet regarding a $1000+ USDT withdrawal that has been pending for over 5 days (since April 27th). My account was suddenly closed without explanation, despite being fully verified and holding funds at the time.


Since then, I have exchanged over 40 emails with Telbet support. I’ve been cooperative and patient, but I’ve only received generic, copy-paste responses saying, “no update” or “another team is reviewing.” I was even asked to provide my crypto wallet, which I did immediately — yet no transfer has been made.


Telbet refuses to give:

• A reason for my account closure

• A proper timeline for the refund

• Any direct answers despite 96+ hours of delay


This experience has been beyond stressful. I’ve kept full documentation and screenshots of everything. I am publicly requesting AskGamblers to help escalate this situation and ensure Telbet honors the payout or clearly explains the delay.


If I do not receive a resolution shortly, I will also proceed with filing a complaint with Curaçao eGaming, as Telbet is violating basic consumer and player rights

Update – Day 9 with No Resolution

It has now been 9 days since Telbet closed my fully verified account without any explanation and withheld my funds. I have sent over 60 emails, provided everything they requested, and all I’ve received are repetitive, generic replies with no real progress or answers.

Their latest response (received yesterday ) once again claimed my case is “prioritized,” yet nothing changes. No timeline, no reason for the closure, and no confirmed refund.

This is becoming mentally and emotionally exhausting. I respectfully ask AskGamblers to assist in getting a clear response or resolution. My patience is being tested beyond reason

Update — May 3, 2025 (Day 7):
I have received only vague, repetitive responses from Telbet despite over 40 emails and even a formal legal notice from my Austrian legal representative.
• My account was closed without any clear explanation.
• My funds (1001.07 USDT) were in the account at the time of closure.
• I submitted my wallet when asked on April 27 at 09:00 AM.
• As of May 3, 18:20 PM (over 150 hours later), there is still no refund.
• Live chat refuses to assist and keeps redirecting me to email

The casino does not verify the account without explaining the reasons

Some time ago, I opened an account at this casino, made a deposit, and placed a $50 sports bet and a few dollars at the casino.

After the first sports bet, I found that the limits for all sports events are Zero to 0, and I made a partial withdrawal request. I was asked to upload all the necessary documents to verify the account, which I did. The next day, I received an email stating that the verification was unsuccessful. I asked: for what reason? They told me to do everything as indicated in the instructions. I reread the recommendations and uploaded the documents again, but they were different. The next day, I was rejected again, wrote to the mail, and received an absolutely identical response: re-read the instructions. I did everything strictly according to the instructions: I uploaded a photo of my passport and utility bills. Thus, in 6 days I uploaded 6 different documents, and all 6 times I received standard response letters that were written under carbon copy. I tried to find out about the problem in the chat, but I was told to wait for an email response.

Thus, as a player, I sent 6 different documents and receipts for verification (I don't have any more receipts). The casino, in turn, rejected my documents all 6 times without explanation, but all 6 times with exactly the same wording. Then I wrote to the post office 6 times, and again 6 times I received exactly the same unsubscribe notices, without an exact explanation of the reason. And finally, I was contacted by an operator who "does not solve such issues" (then why would he?)...

I sent this text with a complaint to the casino, and only then did a live operator contact me, who tried to do something and solve my problem, but he also could not explain the reason for the refusal, and after a few days he stopped contacting, and the bot started responding to emails with the same ones again. in phrases. I made a bank statement, and along with the rest of the documents, uploaded them to the website for the seventh time. The next day, I received a letter about non-verification, repeating the previous 6 letters word for word.

I ask Askgamblers to help me in solving this problem - passing verification at this casino. If a solution is not possible, I ask you to lower the rating of this casino and notify Askgamblers players about fraudulent actions on the part of the casino.
