Took my money and closed my account with no reason

Dear askgamblers:

I played at telbet casino, deposited $50 usd via crypto Ltc. and after some time I won $1100 usd which I made a withdrawal. My withdrawal was cancelled and they asked me for ID verification. I did my ID verification and sent them all documents they asked for. They then emailed me that my Id was verified and to wait 24 hours. After a few hours I tried to log back in my account and realised THEY HAD CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW ANYTHING! I asked their support and they couldn’t help me. I emailed them why they closed my account and they have not replied. Please help me get my funds back! They literally took my money and closed my account! This is a joke!

The casino does not verify the account without explaining the reasons

Some time ago, I opened an account at this casino, made a deposit, and placed a $50 sports bet and a few dollars at the casino.

After the first sports bet, I found that the limits for all sports events are Zero to 0, and I made a partial withdrawal request. I was asked to upload all the necessary documents to verify the account, which I did. The next day, I received an email stating that the verification was unsuccessful. I asked: for what reason? They told me to do everything as indicated in the instructions. I reread the recommendations and uploaded the documents again, but they were different. The next day, I was rejected again, wrote to the mail, and received an absolutely identical response: re-read the instructions. I did everything strictly according to the instructions: I uploaded a photo of my passport and utility bills. Thus, in 6 days I uploaded 6 different documents, and all 6 times I received standard response letters that were written under carbon copy. I tried to find out about the problem in the chat, but I was told to wait for an email response.

Thus, as a player, I sent 6 different documents and receipts for verification (I don't have any more receipts). The casino, in turn, rejected my documents all 6 times without explanation, but all 6 times with exactly the same wording. Then I wrote to the post office 6 times, and again 6 times I received exactly the same unsubscribe notices, without an exact explanation of the reason. And finally, I was contacted by an operator who "does not solve such issues" (then why would he?)...

I sent this text with a complaint to the casino, and only then did a live operator contact me, who tried to do something and solve my problem, but he also could not explain the reason for the refusal, and after a few days he stopped contacting, and the bot started responding to emails with the same ones again. in phrases. I made a bank statement, and along with the rest of the documents, uploaded them to the website for the seventh time. The next day, I received a letter about non-verification, repeating the previous 6 letters word for word.
