Account is verified, but my Withdrawal is still pending since January 19th
Hello,
I would like to make complain about Tebwin company. They hold my withdrawal for about 2 months!
I opened account on 12.08.2022. I made few deposits via Card for total amount of 1220.00gbp (screenshot attached)
Everything was ok until I try make first withdrawal. After couple a days I get email to Verify my account via website account. I upload all requested documents and as you can see on screenshot I attached all of them are accepted. After a week I contacted via chat to support ask about my withdraw and get this reply:
"Patrycja your withdrawal will be reviewed by the Security and Verification Team and they will contact you directly by email"

After another week no response to my email so I contacted again via email and this answer I get :
"Your withdrawal request is being reviewed. The Relevant Department will get in touch via email with an update as soon as there is one. We have no further information regarding the matter at this moment."

I'm waiting few weeks for an email from them and still nothing so I contacted again and this answer I get :
"please note that I have raised the matter with the relevant department, you are going to be notify by email"

So another week gone and no email update about my case. Account verified and withdraw pending.
The only 2 emails I get from Tebwin are to upload documents for verification and this after few days my account has been Verified:

My TebWin account is active I can log in and I can still play on it,also I able to cancel this withdraw. Never has any other account from this company, only TebWin
I would like to ask for help resolved this case as soon a possible.
