I made six deposits of over $500. I did not accept any bonuses and meet all criteria for payout.
I ended up winning $20,000 and was unable to cashout. It said I wasn’t eligible.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone. I sent 4 emails and still no response after 48 hours. Their website does not offer chat or phone number.
Imagine thinking you won $20,000 after spending thousands with a casino. AVOID!
