Won 20k but no withdrawal

I made six deposits of over $500. I did not accept any bonuses and meet all criteria for payout.

I ended up winning $20,000 and was unable to cashout. It said I wasn’t eligible.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone. I sent 4 emails and still no response after 48 hours. Their website does not offer chat or phone number.

Imagine thinking you won $20,000 after spending thousands with a casino. AVOID!

Sweepsslots trying to sweep my 1100 under the rug

I won 1100$ on February 4th and put in redemption 5th they RESET IT ON THE 8th after having me sign a document. Support keeps lying saying it's up to 5 days then 7-10 days whatever it is it has been way more than enough time I just want my money!

Everytime I ask customer service they keep giving me the runaround. I message them daily. I need my money.

Deposit Problem

I made a crypto (bitcoin) deposit but minutes before it was confirmed on the blockchain it was auto canceled by the casinos automated system. So after reaching out to support I was repeatedly told that the casino canceled the transaction and no funds were collected. However when I reached out to my wallet exchange they had this to say…

I can confirm that your withdrawal of 0.00068080 BTC (after fees) to wallet address 388d972ExbZrUEKGjsLPXV25T7j1KS44D6 was successfully processed.
Once a bitcoin withdrawal is initiated, it leaves our network and we’re unable to reverse or refund the transaction.

All I’m asking for is for the funds to be credited to my casino account. I have even deposited using a card since this happened with no problem. Crypto deposits make me uneasy tho since Sweeptastic seems to have an 11 minute time window and the transaction will then be canceled. After years of using crypto for deposits, very few go through within 11 minutes so please consider changing this.
