I made six deposits of over $500. I did not accept any bonuses and meet all criteria for payout.

I ended up winning $20,000 and was unable to cashout. It said I wasn’t eligible.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone. I sent 4 emails and still no response after 48 hours. Their website does not offer chat or phone number.

All I’m asking for is for the funds to be credited to my casino account. I have even deposited using a card since this happened with no problem. Crypto deposits make me uneasy tho since Sweeptastic seems to have an 11 minute time window and the transaction will then be canceled. After years of using crypto for deposits, very few go through within 11 minutes so please consider changing this.
