Took my funds of 2508euros

I started playing with Svenplay in december i think. I took the weekly sports reload bonus about 5 times during december and january. I made net deposits of about 2000 eur and won a bit money sport betting, so my account balance rose to about 4k eur.

Then I started to withdraw my funds and they wanted 3 additional kyc documents which all were accepted soon. Then I made a withdrawal early february and got an email that my withdrawal is rejected and 2508 eur of my funds are now taken from me and a long list of rules copied from their site. I asked what rule i did break but they just claimed that the decision is final and nothing is doable.

I could manage to get the rest of the balance back, but at the moment they are holding my 2508 eur. I have not broken any of those rules on the list and they did not specify what and how I have done something wrong. I did wager every reload bonus as the bonus rules stated and few weeks before the incident I had cleared all bonus wagering requirements fully.

They were reluctant to give me any answers why this happened or what did i do wrong apart the long list of rules. I attached a pdf of our email communication for you to see.

So, I hope that you can help me to get my funds back!

Thank you in advance.

Dear all,

The AskGamblers Complaint Team has been provided with sufficient information, details, and/or proof by the Operator, and also with the player's own words admitting the breach of the max bet term, to make the conclusion that SvenPlay Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Hi,

I disagree here. I did many deposits, so my winnings were originated both from the bonus and my own money.
And the bigger question is the harshness of the penalty. As I said, other bookmakers tend to act otherwise. You are the first bookmaker in my experience not to warn, not to limit a player, but take their money suddenly.

Could you think for giving players a warning for not meeting the bonus rules or even limiting them for getting future bonuses before you take their money? The interesting thing here is that you gave me bonus after bonus for weeks (even though you knew I staked too much) as long as i kept depositing. The problem appeared when I tried to withdraw. For my point of view, this tells an interesting story...

Dear Player,

Thank you for providing your feedback. We will make sure it is forwarded to the relevant team. Intentionally or unintentionally receiving a bonus is optional and comes with some specific terms that need to be met. In this case as you personally admitted they were violated; the winnings were not genuinely originated.

You are always welcome to play in our casino.

Kindest Regards,

The Svenplay Team
