SvenPlay Casino -Stalling payment and changing withdrawal amount without further justification
I played at svenplay casino a few months ago and won more than 1700euros i do not remember the exact sum because on their website i can not see my own transaction history so i asked from the support to e-mail it to me yesterday but i have not received anything from them yet.
After i won at svenplay i requested a withdrawal and did the kyc procedure. My Account got fully verified but i did not receive any money.
So i logged in again to ask the support why i have not received any money yet. Then i noticed that my balance was only 8650NOK so i asked them what happened to the rest of my money they said that it was maximum win when playing with a bonus of 8x the deposited sum. So i asked for a new withdrawal and still not received any money.
Yesterday when i logged in there were more money missing now it is only 6350NOK on my account. So i contacted support again and now they said that it´s maximum win of 15x the deposited amount which means i should at least have 1500euros because i deposited 100euros.
I tried to tell the support that they already deducted it but he keep referring to the terms and did not even want to listen to what i had to say. So please can you ask for the transaction history.
It has gone very long time since i played at their casino and it seems like they deducted to much from my balance also.
