Cancelling withdrawals due to repeated verification requests


All my documents where sucessfully uploaded and approved by the casino. I received one payment of 950 euros and after that they keep cancelling my withdrawals. They now ask for an official bank statement with iban. This has been uploaded and emailed to them several times. I will also attach it here. I now have 4001.28 euros in the account left.
