My verification process was successfully 26th december The day after I requested a withdrawal and since then I have sent a lot of emails without any help. Svenbet has not been very helpful at all. I have also tried to get some help from the chat but they havent been able to help me at all. The chat team has told me to contact them by email and that the process will take the time it takes. Now its been over 4 weeks since i made the withdraw request but im still waiting to get my money. Current withdraw is 1000e because i couldnt make bigger withdraw but the total amount i want to withdraw from my account is 2025 euros.
