I successfully passed the verification procedure at this casino and received two cashouts. I played roulette with live dealers and slots. For deposits and cashouts I use the skrill wallet. But after ordering the next cashout on December 9, I received a request from KYC team to send more documents for "Further Verification".The request struck me as odd - they asked me to send a screenshot of the deposits at the Skrill wallet. I complied with that request. Skrill wallet I replenished using a credit card, and they requested a copy of this card. One of the important factors for me why I use Skrill is not to give my credit card to anyone on the Internet. I called the Skrill and they recommended to do it and I did. All my documents(10 in total) were approved, the last one on December 12. Today is December 19, they do not request anything more, the withdrawal request of December 9 is still not processed. In total I have 3028 euros in my account and I believe that they just do not want to pay. Learn about this style of Svenbet will be useful to other players I Ask ASKgamblers to help me deal with it
