Hello,

I am trying to withdraw money from Svenbet Casino for a week now. I went trough the KYC proccess successfully, which the kyc dept. also confirmed to me by mail. I played slot games and won over 3000 euro, but since i tried to withdraw money my funds they started to be very passive. Did not use any bonus etc. funds or offers. Plain cash money.

My withdraw request is open since 19th June with an amount of 3.500 €. Since that day Svenbet casino has not delivered any funds and just told me that I have to wait. No timetable has been given, when they might consider delivering my funds. They also have a limit of 1000 euro withdraw per day...So in my case, I have to make four different request to get my funds out, if they finally would pay my funds, which I am beginning to doubt. I provided all documents they requested which were: ID card, Details of my Bank account,,Credit card copy, utility bills (digital and paper based as well), bank statements.

I don´t now what more they want from me. When i go to live chat, they say they are not responsible. When i ask kyc dept. they don´t respond.,

When I have asked person in charge, they denied to answer.
