I opened an account and won some money on october 16. I went through the verification process, and my account was verified on october 21.
I made a withdraw-request for 927 euro the same day and this got the status "allowed" on the 23. I even got an e-mail stating my withdraw is approved on the same date.
I thought this ment my money were on its way, but I contacted customer support on the 25., asking when I could expect my money. They told me "once your withdrawal is approved it means that it is in progress to be paid". I guess this means some other department has to approve the withdrawal. This is fine, but it has had this status for soon a week, and no one has replied to my e-mails since the 25. I have been in contact with chat during the last day, but they cant tell me anything other than to be patient. (Wich is all good, I guess theres noting much they can do to speed up the process.)
I played without a bonus, and I honestly dont know why its taking so long.
Hoping for some help here :)
