I opened an account and won some money on october 16. I went through the verification process, and my account was verified on october 21.
I made a withdraw-request for 927 euro the same day and this got the status "allowed" on the 23. I even got an e-mail stating my withdraw is approved on the same date.
I thought this ment my money were on its way, but I contacted customer support on the 25., asking when I could expect my money. They told me "once your withdrawal is approved it means that it is in progress to be paid". I guess this means some other department has to approve the withdrawal. This is fine, but it has had this status for soon a week, and no one has replied to my e-mails since the 25. I have been in contact with chat during the last day, but they cant tell me anything other than to be patient. (Wich is all good, I guess theres noting much they can do to speed up the process.)
I played without a bonus, and I honestly dont know why its taking so long.
Hoping for some help here :)

Allowed me to play with gambling addiction

I contacted Svenbet on 2nd January 2026 because I have a gambling addiction. And I told them to close my account permanently due to gambling addiction and close it immediately and never open again.

They asked me to send a form and sign it and choose which period to close it. And they even wrote in the email that they offer me 50€ bonus if I continue to play with them. Of course having an addiction I took the 50€. They sent me promotional material to trick me into playing again. As a result I keep playing and losing money.

When a person says to close the account due to gambling addiction it should be closed immediately. And not wait to have a form signed in return. They failed their responsibility for responsible gaming. They should have closed it without asking me to send a form that is printed out and signed and offered me a bonus as a trick for me not to continue with the closure. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the deposits I made after between 2nd January and 27th February. Which is 2797€.

Withholding withdrawal 376 EUR Svenbet

After I played only three bets on this website my account was limited to a bet of 1 EUR. Ok, never mind and I wanted to withdraw the full balance.

My withdrawals are being withheld for more than 72h although the chatbot sent the reply that withdrawals are processed within 72h.

I also wrote an email to the support team, no answer. I just got a generic answer that they received my request.

Live chat does not exist and it's just generic bot answers.

I haven’t received my withdrawal and it's soon been 3 days since I did my withdrawal. My account is fully verified with all documents accepted. I have never had any problem with Curacao casinos. I am fully verified. The last two withdrawals came after I posted here about being delayed here in Askgamblers. And thank you for that.

But till the moment the case was closed as resolved.

I am trying to withdraw my money from Svenbet. My last withdrawal request is pending and it is dated 19.03.2024. I am fully verified and I have been uploading all the required documents.
I am getting the same emails saying : "We understand that waiting for the review of your withdrawal can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. As the process is being handled by another department, we regret that we are unable to provide you with a specific timeframe for its completion.

We kindly request your patience during this time, and we assure you that as soon as there is an update, you will be promptly notified via email."

Withdrawal problem at Svenbet

Hello, I have a problem withdrawing funds from my account in Svenbet.com. The amount is 900 Euro. I contacted customer service on the site, but every time the answers are the same. I have done this several times and now I have pending withdrawal from more than 45 days (01.02.2024). My account is successfully verified with all documents - Proof of Identity, Proof of address, Bank statement, Credit / Debit card, Selfie with my name, date of birth and Svenbet. The deposit amount is also played several times as a requirement. Best Regards.

Delayed withdrawal for several months

I've started my account on Svenbet in 2019 and have been enjoying it very much. Deposits and withdrawals have always gone smooth, and I've played for tens of thousands of euros. Now, all of a sudden, all my withdrawals are just set as "pending". I have a balance of appr. €1000.

Nothing happens, no explanation is given, and I'm left in the dark. I've cancelled payments and tried smaller ones to speed things up but still nothing happens and no explanation is given. My latest have just been pending since 2nd of January but I've been trying since September or October last year. I have no idea what has caused this sudden shift from having a fun, trustworthy site to play at, until this situation.

Stalling withdrawal with additional verifications all the time

Hi!

I have been member of svenbet for long time, I always made deposit without any problem. For the first time I got lucky with sportbetting and won 7600 euros. Then the problem started, they asked for KYC verification as on the terms.

I provided everything from bank account, Id card, photo proof. Once KYC was verified after weeks I finally made 2 withdraw with 1000 euro each. They said to me first every withdraw takes up to 72 hours, but they wasted almost 1 whole week for each.

When I tried to make third withdraw they said they need to do review and asked proof of phone number, I provided all documents and finally they verify and send third withdraw. I tried then to make fourth withdraw wednesday 25 october and yet they don’t accept the withdraw and everytime I ask the support they give me same answer and say they don’t know anything, they excuse is that another department is making reviews.

This is so frustrating the winnings the same amount 7600 euros and I haven't played a single game since I started first withdraw, it is the same amount but for each 1000€ they are taking over a week to review and accept it. Now I am worried as I read om other reviews that they will waste more time and even come up with some security reason to close my account or my winning, I read other people complaining. And I politely ask if you can help me with this and take it up with svenbet? It is nor right to treat a customer like this and making withdraw a nightmare, I provided every single document they asked for and my account is verify. To tell me all the time that another department is handling it and support don't know any answer is not right.

I now ask for your help to reach those ”relevant department” who even Svenbet cant get answers from and help med recieve all my winnings? I so disappointed in Svenbet that I don't want to keep using their platform, I just want to take my winnings and forget this nightmare!!!

Stalling withdrawal of €350

I have been fully verified for months and was able to withdraw from my account 2 months ago, after several stalling tries om their part. It has now been over 3 days since I requested my withdrawal and they have yet not processed it at all - even though they have a strict 72hr processing window according to their Terms and Conditions.

I do not understand their reason for not processing my withdrawal, as like I said, I have been fully verified for months.

I need help reaching SvenBets attention so that they can process my withdrawal within the timeframe presented in their terms of service.

Delayed withdrawal of 4000

I made deposit 23.07 - 1600zl ( around 350euro) via Jeton, after 3 days I made withdraw on Jeton 4000zl ( around 900euro) on July 26, the account was verified with an identity document and selfie I gave email that the account is verified, the support replies all the time that it is very busy and will soon take care of my case and then inform me by e-mail, so I wait 2 weeks.
