Disabled withdrawal and delaying payment for a long time


Dear AskGamblers!

After almost a month of sending documents, I still can not withdraw money from Svenbet.

I won over 2000 dollar at sportsbetting at Svenbet and it's so far been a nightmare trying to withdraw money. I started uploading verification papers 6.march and it was a real hassle. I ended up sending them over 9 files proving verification of my card, adress, driver license, passport, picture of the Mastercard I deposited etc. All the time I had to contact them to speed up the proccess. After going back and forth for a while, I got verified.

After trying to withdraw after getting verified, they said I needed to send a bank statement confirming my Iban, BIC/Swift etc to the right account number. After sending them proof of this while logged into my bank account and also calling my bank, having them make a statement which I sent, they said this was ok. After trying to withdraw money once more, I got this email 18.march: "We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount is available in your account.

Furthermore, the withdrawal option on your account has been temporarily suspended and your account shall be reviewed by the relevant department for security reasons.

We kindly request your patience as we are not able to provide you with an exact time-frame."

It's now been 14 days since this email and they still won't help me. When I ask the chat, they don't answer my questions and close down the chat, or tell me to send an email. In email they just don't say anything. I find this to be unreasonable.

I hereby want to make a complaint for not being able to withdraw money. I regard this case closed when the money is received at my bank account, as I don't want to jump through five more hoops of verifications and delays. This has been draining both my energy and mental health, and I would appreciate your help.

Do not pretend to be understanding after your behavior this last 1,5 month, it is just embarrassing to read.

I have not "received all relevant information and violated terms & conditions", I received a mile long copy paste of your terms and conditions, but you still haven't provided any information or hints of which terms I have broken. Everyone can read this thread and see you have not provided a single piece of evidence of anything. The principle of innocent until proven guilty is the foundation of modern society, so all the burden of evidence is on you. As explained, at this point I don't even know what you have accused me of.

To blame your lack of presented evidence on "security reasons" is a farse, as if i'm some kind of international super villain. And why can you suddenly provide this information to Askgamblers and not me? As mentioned before, I'm just a regular player, who have had no problem with any casino ever, before this. Stop being an embarrassment. Give me back the money you stole from me and open up for withdrawal.

As Svenbet continue their unprofessional behaviour and refuses to provide me any information of what terms I'm supposed to have violated, I would appreciate you forwarding me the email with their accusations against me. As of now I am unable to defend myself against these false claims and do not even know what I am accused of. This feels more absurd by the day,

Stalling withdrawal with additional verifications all the time

Hi! 

I have been member of svenbet for long time, I always made deposit without any problem. For the first time I got lucky with sportbetting and won 7600 euros. Then the problem started, they asked for KYC verification as on the terms. 

I provided everything from bank account, Id card, photo proof. Once KYC was verified after weeks I finally made 2 withdraw with 1000 euro each. They said to me first every withdraw takes up to 72 hours, but they wasted almost 1 whole week for each. 

When I tried to make third withdraw they said they need to do review and asked proof of phone number, I provided all documents and finally they verify and send third withdraw. I tried then to make fourth withdraw wednesday 25 october and yet they don’t accept the withdraw and everytime I ask the support they give me same answer and say they don’t know anything, they excuse is that another department is making reviews.

This is so frustrating the winnings the same amount 7600 euros and I haven't played a single game since I started first withdraw, it is the same amount but for each 1000€ they are taking over a week to review and accept it. Now I am worried as I read om other reviews that they will waste more time and even come up with some security reason to close my account or my winning, I read other people complaining. And I politely ask if you can help me with this and take it up with svenbet? It is nor right to treat a customer like this and making withdraw a nightmare, I provided every single document they asked for and my account is verify. To tell me all the time that another department is handling it and support don't know any answer is not right. 

I now ask for your help to reach those ”relevant department” who even Svenbet cant get answers from and help med recieve all my winnings? I so disappointed in Svenbet that I don't want to keep using their platform, I just want to take my winnings and forget this nightmare!!!
