Disabled withdrawal and delaying payment for a long time

After almost a month of sending documents, I still can not withdraw money from Svenbet.
I won over 2000 dollar at sportsbetting at Svenbet and it's so far been a nightmare trying to withdraw money. I started uploading verification papers 6.march and it was a real hassle. I ended up sending them over 9 files proving verification of my card, adress, driver license, passport, picture of the Mastercard I deposited etc. All the time I had to contact them to speed up the proccess. After going back and forth for a while, I got verified.
After trying to withdraw after getting verified, they said I needed to send a bank statement confirming my Iban, BIC/Swift etc to the right account number. After sending them proof of this while logged into my bank account and also calling my bank, having them make a statement which I sent, they said this was ok. After trying to withdraw money once more, I got this email 18.march: "We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount is available in your account.
Furthermore, the withdrawal option on your account has been temporarily suspended and your account shall be reviewed by the relevant department for security reasons.
We kindly request your patience as we are not able to provide you with an exact time-frame."
It's now been 14 days since this email and they still won't help me. When I ask the chat, they don't answer my questions and close down the chat, or tell me to send an email. In email they just don't say anything. I find this to be unreasonable.
I hereby want to make a complaint for not being able to withdraw money. I regard this case closed when the money is received at my bank account, as I don't want to jump through five more hoops of verifications and delays. This has been draining both my energy and mental health, and I would appreciate your help.
