I am fully verified after somewhat slow verification process. After that I made a withdrawal of 1000€, but it has been pending over 10 days. Tried asking live chat and they said they will contact finance department, but I didn't get any reason why it's taking so long and after that few days have passed and nothing have happened. Getting worried since others are having the same problem.
