Hi!
After I am verified somewhat slow verification process I made a withdrawal of 1000€, but it has been pending over 8 days. I wrote 4 e-mails to them, but only the template response came first, to be patient, and I didn't get any answers for the last 2 emails. Live chat is unavailable. I didn't get any reason why it's taking so long and after that few days have passed and nothing have happened...

Please be informed regarding the below term:
62.10 Before ordering the first payment, the player must bet 100% of the payment as a deposit of money amount at minimum 1.50 odd. This requirement is introduced to combat fraud and "money laundering" by players.
Please cancel your pending request and wager remaining 1.570€ on odds above 1.50, 1x time. Alternatively, you can wager the amount at casino games as well and then you can request the withdrawal again with no issues.
