Withdraw not approved about 2-3 days and after this time I play a little and my balance amount was about 4500 usd. I put to withdraw again. After few days I wrote to live chat about this problem ( withdraw do not approved). Live chat answer that I need to send some specific photo with paper with text SUPERBOSS and date. I made it, it is approved. Then they said that it is okay now. Next day withdraw not approved, I asked again into live chat. It was 07.10.2022 they said that they send my account to provider verification. Time to verify to 21 day ( and like they said usually faster). Passed 21 day. 28.10 I put to withdraw 500 usd(max withdraw amount with one transaction). Withdraw approved. Next day I put one more withdraw 500 usd, next day approved. Now third withdraw 500 usd.
