Streambetz not trying to recover my missing payouts

Hello. I had several missing game rounds which have been waiting for Streambetz alleged escalation for over a month now. As I am very familiar with this provider, I know that their stuck game rounds always replay if the site doesn't work. Streambetz site has a lot of bugs and most likely this is the reason they disappeared without any replays.

I contacted Streambetz over a month ago and they were not hesitant to forward my issue until I made several contacts and finally they informed that the rounds have been sent to the provider. However, checking a couple of game rounds (there is not many rounds played in total on this game), never takes a month to check with the provider.

When asking about the escalation, they always provide the same template back saying that it is under review. I also wanted to see any correspondence with the provider but they refused to show me anything. I tried to resolve the issue directly with Streambetz but now they are ignoring my emails so I have no other option than to try resolving this via 3rd party. Thank you.

Your issue was submitted to the provider on 28/Apr/23 at 11:03 AM, and we received a reply from them yesterday, 01/Jun/23 at 8:36 PM. It has been confirmed that the problem was indeed on the provider's side.

We are not aware of the specific reason for the delay in resolving the issue, but we have taken immediate action. Today, we have forwarded the information regarding your refund to our Payments department. They have already processed the refund for the 4 rounds affected by the provider's error.
