My payment has been in verified status for a week, and nothing has changed since then.
They didn't ask me for any documents.
I got the same template response to emails and live chat. Converted to more than 1600 euros.
I have already deposited at least 500 euros on the site, and this would be my first payment.

I welcome you. I would like to note that I have been waiting for the allocated amount for 2 weeks. I haven't received any meaningful information since then. this is unacceptable. Nowhere else has such a delay occurred. it is disappointing that they disregard customers so much.
