I received a $100 PRC (player rewards card) in the mail in early Nov 2017. I played it all at prism casino. I won $975 and tried to cash out but apparently the limit is $200 while using the card. OK fine. Play through was $2500 which I exceeded by quite a bit. On Nov 21 I submitted a bitcoin withdrawal for the $200. And there it still sits. Pending. For three weeks? I've talked with live chat and been told my documents are good,I've met play through and it has been "priority escalated" on Dec 4th. And still nothing. I've withdrawn with prism in the past so I was kind of expecting a wait to be paid, but seriously? Three weeks and its still only pending? Any help to speed this along would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Hi Jason--

I'm very sorry for the difficulties you've been experiencing with this.

I've had a chance to look at your account and I do see your withdrawal has already been approved. I've gone ahead and issued the request for your payment to be issued--I would expect this to be done Monday or Tuesday at the latest. As soon as I have confirmation this has been done, I'll be back to update this thread.
