They don't accept KYC and delay payments

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I'd like to ask for your help with Starz Spins Casino's KYC routine.

I've managed to win ~ 1300$ on the 9th of June and created a withdrawal request for the amount. The next morning, I saw that they declined my request and asked for KYC. They needed a screenshot of my ID and a selfie holding my ID, so I uploaded them as I was able to. (10th of June)

Since then, I'm just waiting for my documents to be accepted, but on the site i still see "verification pending". (The timeframe should be 5 working days according to their ToS, which is also not serious in 2026, but acceptable)

I've tried to contact live support multiple times, they keep saying: "I've created a ticket to the KYC department, it should make your case faster," but still, nothing happens. I also wrote an email to suppor­t@s­tar­zsp­ins.com, but no answer yet, just promotional emails day by day.

Please help me solve this, because it looks like they are delaying on purpose and don't want to pay my winnings!

I don't know if it's you infulence or not, but yesterday they approved my KYC and today I got my withdrawal also.
