15 days payment delay

I fully verified my account at Starda Casino before October 30th and before that I made a few withdrawals that made everything seem ok to me and continued to bet on this platform.

However, the withdrawal from October 30, which amounts to EUR 219.47, is still pending. I have written to support several times and they always tell me that I have to wait 31 days because of some "alleged" investigation. They don't give me a reason or an update. This is why I believe they are holding my money on purpose. I would like to be paid because it is completely unprofessional to keep money when the account is fully verified and all bets were in order for which I have the necessary evidence. Nobody wants to deal with this case.

No return of deposit

I have been waiting for a deposit since March 12. The casino wrote about 8 days of waiting. That time has passed. In the transaction status, this status is canceled. They said it was my payment method. From them the money came. I have confirmation of the accepted transaction. 2 days ago support wrote that they returned funds for my payment method, but no transfer arrived.

Delayed Payment of $423

Hello there,

My account is verified, and i made my withdraw on the 22/07/2023. Support keeps telling me it would take about 5 days, but all of the sudden they had a payment error on their side, and things are delayed.

Another support member told me it could take up to 31 days, which i think it's absurd. I would really appreciate some help from your side, since Starda.casino is creating some obstacles to my 423$ withdraw.
