Hello, I'd like to ask you for help, I am waiting for the cash deposit of 2.2.2019 not getting any answers. When I turn to help (live suport), we always say the same thing that they have a lot of requests for withdrawal and that I wait. I do not think that money they want to pay me off. So please if you could do something, and warn other players that the casino does not pay out gratuities. I am sending you the proof to the attachment. I am waiting for 20 days to confirm the documents. and no answer from their side (they ignore me). I am waiting for 550 €.pleas help
