Stake verification impossible
I have had a nightmare with Stake, this issue has been running for over two months now. It starts off with their verification process for ID. I sent in my face, passport, and a piece of paper with today's date and username, and it's accepted.
Then we go to stage 3. Verification of my address. I'd like to start off by saying I am unemployed, and live at home with my parents, so a lot of the documents they're asking for are not available to me, like bills or a tenancy agreement, so I have to do with account statements to verify this stage. This is where the nightmare starts.
I sent in my account statement from 3 different banks, and they're all rejected. I have no idea why, I don't get a concrete answer. After arguing in the live chat, they told me to provide a bank reference letter. I have never heard of this before, but I contacted my bank and ordered a bank reference letter for 100 NOK from my bank. I ordered one and received it in the mail after 10 days. I sent in the bank reference letter as they asked, and they rejected it, saying it needs to be signed and stamped. The bank reference letter I provided checks all the boxes. It's in English, my address in my Stake profile correlates, it's both stamped and signed.
Then I hear back and they say it needs to be stamped and signed, even though it clearly is. This is where I understand they're being difficult for no reason. I have provided 3 different account statements from 3 different banks, all with the same correct address, but they have just decided not to accept them for some reason. I have been in contact with them in live chat for some period, and they are not able to help me.
Then I contact them by email, and they're not helping me at all.
At some point, one of their customer service representatives said that if you can't provide some other documents, your account can't be verified, which just means I can't get my money out of my account.
I will attach the bank reference letter, and correspondence with their everything but helpful customer service. They're just making up things at this point, not to accept my documents. First, they're saying they're not stamped and signed, as they clearly are, and then they say it's not the original one, which I'm very interested in, why they're saying that when I have only ordered one and that's the one I have sent.
I am asking the ASKGamblers team to please help me out in this situation, Stake will not help me. I can't even imagine how difficult they will be on stage 4 (as I'm unemployed) if they ever accept my stage 3.
I have attached: My Stake account information, one of my bank account statements' info (which says the address is the same as in the Norwegian folk register), my bank reference letter they asked me to order (both signed and stamped), correspondence with Stake on both chat and email.
