Slot Glitch then scam
The casino in question is stake.com. I was bonus hunting slots from provider Pragmatic Play of which is stated on the website that you can spin into a bonus and it will save it for a certain amount of time, and if it is not opened in that certain time it will automatically settle the bet. I had 6 bonuses from spinning the following slots from Pragmatic play, Santa's Great Gifts, The Dog Mansion Megaways Enhanced RTP, Big Bass Splash, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus and Sugar Rush. The bonuses were NOT opened in the 2 week time frame that Stake Employees said and when I came back after the 2 weeks the only bet that was in my betting history was the Gates bonus.
I knew something was wrong right away as the bonus only paid back a 2.4x multiplier of my bet which is impossible as the bonus has a minimum 4x win just for getting into the bonus. None of my other bonuses that I listed above were there and when I reached out to support about it, they informed me it was a provider issue (pragmatic play) and they would look into and resolve it in 24 hours. Fast forward 2 days later and I reach out again for an update and the support agent said exactly, "There was a issue with your game rounds and they got voided and you got bet amount refunded for them." The only thing that was "refunded" was the Gates Bonus and again it paid a multiplier which is impossible.
I was told they were still working on it and they would see what the potential payout was and credit my account for it. Another few days goes by and I finally get a message from this time a tech support officer, He then lists 2 bet IDs (none of which are in my betting history to confirm even which slot it is) and issues me a credit for an extraordinarily low dollar amount. When I explained and listed which slots I had bonuses in, he said they "investigated" it and determined only 2 of the bonuses paid anything and that "Bonus buy rounds do not guarantee that you will have winnings on them." This is a straight up lie right away as it is listed on pragmatics websites what the minimum wins are for bonuses on their slots and he is trying to tell me that 4 of them paid $0.
I demand for replays of this which is ignored and then sends a DIFFERENT list of Bet IDs from before which again, do not match or show up at all on the betting history. I then understandably am very upset and demand to speak to higher authority and list how it is impossible for the slots listed above from Pragmatic Play to pay $0. I explained how the previous bet IDs didn't match and there was once again no record of any of it. I asked to see replays of the bonuses, of which you can ask for and they HAVE to provide, I was ignored for the 3rd time.
I was told once again by now my 4th support agent they were going to look into it further and see what was wrong. Few more days goes by and I get a a list of bet IDs that now show up on my account, but are NOT from the bonuses. They pulled old IDs from spins on the above mentioned slots saying those were the bonuses that paid 0, of which I explained they can not do. When I mention this they send me yet again to a different agent who says "Unfortunately, we are not able to assist you further with this." and to contact tech support again. I am at a lose for words as Stake.com is supposedly a very reputable and trusted site. I do not know what else to do as it is clearly a case of a glitch that they are refusing to deal with. Please get back to me as I am now trying to find a way to reachout to the gaming commission and file a case with them. I have screenshots of all evidence if needed but I do not see where I can link files to this message. This is there gaming license 8048/JAZ
