I would like to draw your attention to a persistent problem concerning level 3 verification of my STAKE account.
Although my identity has been validated without difficulty, I have been refused access to level 3 on the grounds that I have not provided a monthly electricity bill. In fact, my supplier (EDF) does not send me any: it operates on the basis of a direct debit schedule, confirmed by an official letter that I sent to customer services. My bank statements for the last three months, showing these direct debits, support this proof of regularity.
I also provided other proof of address: recent internet box bills, bank details and other documents associated with my address. Despite taking all these steps in good faith, STAKE continues to refuse to validate my application, on the pretext of a documentary requirement that is incompatible with my actual situation.
I consider this refusal to be unfounded and abusive, especially as the documents provided meet the standards commonly accepted in KYC verification procedures. This blocking seems deliberate and gives me the feeling that the real objective is not to proceed with the payment of my winnings.
I am therefore turning to AskGamblers to assert my rights and obtain a fair outcome to this situation.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Dear StarWarsMath,
Following the submitter’s failure to provide requested document, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, we do not have any other choice but to reject the case.
Please keep in mind that as per the AGCCS Terms and Guidelines which you accepted upon registering and using our complaints system, you are obliged to provide the necessary level of assistance and cooperation during the process and providing updates in a timely manner is a must. The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players who fail to provide the necessary level of cooperation.
As stated in our previous communications, in order for the document to be considered valid, it must be both stamped and signed by a public notary.
It is important to clarify that, although the document may be recognized as legitimate in France, the notarization serves to add a layer of legal authenticity and trustworthiness. Notarized documents are commonly required for international verification, as they help prevent fraud and reduce associated risks, as well as comply with industry standard regulations.
Please be advised that if the required document is not provided, your account status will remain as it is.
Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,
Given that all necessary information has already been communicated to the complainant, and in their refusal to comply with our request, we kindly request that this complaint be marked as rejected.
Kind regards,
