So I contacted them about my account security because some money went missing they locked my account down and sent me to account recovery since then I have not been able to access my money nor my account.
I filled out all the info needed and I was told the removal of the lock would be removed soon. Then basically I have done that over and over and over again and they are not doing anything. I can my contact anybody that will actually help me the way they have there system set up. Nobody seems to want to take the time and just unlock my account with funds in it.
I can post a lot of proofs that I provided everything requested and because I messaged them to much they told me they was keeping my money and CVS se closed. I know this is against r law so I want somebody to atleast get my money back but unlock my account if possible .

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Stake Casino management and the submitter, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to reject this complaint due to the fact that the player has no intention to cooperate with the casino regarding the reinstallment of his account. Also, he misled our team and the casino support. Last but not least the AskGamblers Complaint Team found his attitude towards the casino support inappropriate.
The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.
We have contacted the player to perform the account recovery procedure and the same rejected to collaborate or participate in the same. As you might understand, since the last recovery procedure was not approved we need to restart the same. Additionally, the player once again used inappropriate language when communicating with our support.
On top of the above, and as per the customer's above reply, the same informed us that he is a US citizen. This means that the player provided fake information on the KYC (mentioned he is a Brazilian resident) to try to bypass our controls and register an account at www.stake.com. Due to this circumstances we have to permanently block the player account due to breach of the clause 11 of the Terms of Services which mentions that we do not accept US players.
