On 12/12/2022 at 06:12, I made a withdrawal request in the amount of 530 BRL referring to casino winnings. I did not use bonus to play.
On the casino's own website, it informs that the withdrawal method I made has a deadline of 1-3 days, but the deadline has passed. I contacted them several times through the chat, where they say that I have to wait 3 days, but it's been 3 days and I haven't received my payment.
I ask for support to solve this problem, because I only want what is mine for justice.
