I deposited via Interac multiple times. On my last deposit, I finally won! On July 8th, 2025 I completed the wager requirements and proceeded to submit a withdrawal. The daily limit is $750. So I submitted a withdrawal 3 separate days to equal my winnings of $2000cad. I sent multiple queries about the status as they said the standard response time was 48 hours. I kept getting told to wait when I tried online chat. The same canned notes.
Today I find my withdrawals were canceled with no explanation. I chat with support and first they said it had to do with my payment provider and to contact them (Interac) and suggested I do a bank transfer even though their site says specially you should withdrawal using the same method of the deposit. I asked for a manager and received the general email address. I thought maybe it is because I haven't verified my account but when I try to do that... it says that I do not have to verify at this time.
I'm not receiving any support on what is needed to cashout my winnings and I am being asked to try another method when their website says I need to use the same method as I deposited.
