Delayed withdrawal of 2000PLN

Hello,
I have made withdrawal request of 2000PLN on October 22. Spins of Glory state that payment takes to three business days. They should have been paid out already. When I contact support they send me always the same answers that there is delay due to many withdrawals and will be processed soon but nothing happens.
Such delay is unacceptable.
On verification site it says that my account doesn't require verification.
Please help.

This answer brings nothing new. Support says something like that everyday. It only gives them more time to resolve issue. Just process that withdrawal. It's 9 days already and still nothing...

Spins of Glory Casino Withholding Payment Since The 19th May

Good morning.

I hope you are well.

I have three withdrawals pending with Spins of Glory; one from the 19th May, another from the 20th May and another from the 21st May, totalling €1373 outstanding.

I have had previous withdrawals.

I have followed this up by email, only to be fobbed off with 'We're working on your withdrawal' etc.

I have made a formal complaint, yet I have still not received anything.

I have attached screenshots showing all of the above.

I would very much appreciate your assistance with this matter.

Should you require anything more from me, please don't hesitate to ask.

I would like to submit a complaint. I submitted a withdrawal request at the casino on April 2, 2026. The stated processing time for withdrawals is 0–3 business days. This deadline has already passed by a significant margin.

For the past week, customer support has been telling me that my case is being treated as a priority.

Withdrawal Cancelled With No Explanation

I deposited via Interac multiple times. On my last deposit, I finally won! On July 8th, 2025 I completed the wager requirements and proceeded to submit a withdrawal. The daily limit is $750. So I submitted a withdrawal 3 separate days to equal my winnings of $2000cad. I sent multiple queries about the status as they said the standard response time was 48 hours. I kept getting told to wait when I tried online chat. The same canned notes.

Today I find my withdrawals were canceled with no explanation. I chat with support and first they said it had to do with my payment provider and to contact them (Interac) and suggested I do a bank transfer even though their site says specially you should withdrawal using the same method of the deposit. I asked for a manager and received the general email address. I thought maybe it is because I haven't verified my account but when I try to do that... it says that I do not have to verify at this time.

I'm not receiving any support on what is needed to cashout my winnings and I am being asked to try another method when their website says I need to use the same method as I deposited.
