Withdrawal taking more than 8 days

I have a pending withdrawal that now has been ”pending” for more than 8 days. I have asked their live chat and only get the same generic answer. They even ask me to wait deliberately to mess with me only to give me the same answer.

I have also written an email without getting any information back.

My account is fully verified since a couple of weeks back.

Please note that all withdrawal requests are processed in a queue based on a first come, first served system. Even if requests are made close in time, they may be processed separately depending on various internal checks and queue distribution.

My completed withdrawal on April 8 was another withdrawal, and I waited 8 days for that. It has nothing to do with this. They were requested 14 minutes apart. So why has one been payed out but the other not?

It has now passed 10 days without this withdrawal being processed. And I still haven’t received any information from you.
