Spinko Casino - Account closed without valid reason and explanation
I am submitting this complaint regarding my issues with Spinko Casino.
I deposited €450 into my casino account and played a few casino games. After winning some amount, my total balance reached €590. I then requested a withdrawal of my funds.
Initially, the casino support team informed me that they would process and issue my withdrawal. However, shortly after that, they completely closed my account without providing any valid reason or explanation.
I have not violated any terms and conditions, and my winnings are legitimate. Currently, both my deposit and winnings (totaling €590) are locked inside the closed account, and I have lost access to my funds.
I kindly request the AskGamblers team to look into this matter and help me get my rightful payout of €590.
