On 02.06 i deposited and claimed a bonus. Used a mix of 2-4 bets on slots, finished wagering 2-3 hours later and requested withdrawal (811.93). For the whole time i've been waiting there was no e-mail asking about verification - their "upload documents" section was saying that i dont have to send anything. 7 days ago i decided to send an email with my id, bank statement and card used for deposit - 4 days ago i looked into "upload documents section" not verified. Uploaded it there once again - it says 24-72 h to be verified.

Asked chat multiple times - what's up, where is my money, give me anything how long do i have to wait...we­­ek...m­­o­nt­­h...year. They are useless and say sorry (hey i don't want your sorry i want my money)

... and copy paste pre prepared message which essentially says "you'll get it when you'll get it"

No honest business would ever treat their customer like that


Screenshots show when i deposited, when requested withdrawal, when verification documents were sent and my current "unverified status" (with "it takes us 24-72h to verify you" <------LOOOOL)

I can only assume i am being scammed as they are not adhering to their own rules and give back only vague answers

and now they decided to block my account without any explanation
"please contact customer support for more details" - loooool, as usual chat is useless and just copy paste some nonsense about routine check
if that is not a scam i don't know what is
