Delaying verification and withdrawal

I signed up and deposited on spinit casino on the 11th of may. I played for a while and i decided to withdraw my winnings. I submitted this withdrawal request on the 11th of may. 4 days later i had yet to hear anything about my withdrawal so i sent in an email yo follow it up. 24 hours had passed and still no word. So I logged into the website to check if i need to verify my documents but the page stated that my account was up to date and no further documentation is needed. So i live chatted them and the rep put me on hold for a while then suddenly at that same time i chatted them i receieved an email stating they need my documents for verification. I am not disputing the fact you need my documents. My argument is why did it take 6 days (4 business working days) and a live chst from myself to get my withdrawal processed. Now i sent my documents in on the 17th and then on the 18th they again insissted that i send in my documents. I forwarded them the previous message i sent which included my documents before. That was 17th. Its 22nd now and i am yet to hear from them.

Yes i have received my winnings from this casino. I have to hand it to them it was paid out pretty fast once it was processed. Matter is resolved now. Be aware my friends, if you want a smooth withdrawal process there are better casinos out there. If you dont care then spinit are decent.

I have just heard back from the payments department - they have confirmed that their investigation is complete and your withdrawal is scheduled to be paid today.

ignoring all my emails, blocked me from logging in

I joined spinit casino November 23rd 2022. On the 24th I withdrawn £2400. It stayed pending for 2 days and then they emailed asking me for passport, utility bill, bank cards used, bank statement, selfie with passport and a hand written letter, Apple ID, bank app details and more utility bills. Messages have been sent back and forth for over a week requesting more and more documents until there’s nothing left to request. They finally asked for a most recent bank statement which wasn’t issued for 4 days (today) they said as soon as they received this they would process the funds. I sent it today. I was told on chat to be patient and still not verified. They are ignoring all my emails, blocked me from logging in and there’s no contact number. I have every email, every chat conversation and all the withdraws they owe me. If refusing to pay the winnings then I want every deposit refunded back to the cards deposited from. I’m furious at the fact I’ve spent a full week sending document after document. I read all the reviews on trust pilot and seems I’m not alone. It’s fraud. There’s no reason not to pay and you’ve stated every document has been fine. No issues so how can’t my account be verified and winnings be paid out. I’ll attach screenshots. I want my £2400. You then emailed me telling me you are closing the site down from December 6th and all winnings have to be withdrawn. Mine are withdrawn but you won’t process them.
