Delayed verification and payment
On Thurs 30/04 I deposited with a new payment method (Paypal) and subsequently won and requested a withdrawal of £400:
On Sunday 03/05, I received the below email requesting proof of Paypal, which I uploaded on the same day.

-Proof of payment method
Screenshot of your paypal account (rachtay1@sky.com)used to fund the account which includes your name and account number. (If you send a screenshot kindly make sure that the bank URL is visible in the screenshot)
Please find below some tips how to get the screenshot to verify your PayPal account:
1. Using computer?
Go to “Transaction History” : Activity –> Statements –> Custom –> Transactions type: All transactions + Date range: select the necessary range + Format: PDF –> Create Report –> Download
2. Using your phone?
Apple: Download the PayPal app from the App store and send a Screenshot of your profile by clicking on the PayPal face logo once.
Please submit the screenshot which includes your name and email.
Android using Chrome: Please log into paypal.com and send a screenshot of your profile by clicking on the “Customise” button (3 dots on the top right corner) and select the “Desktop site” mode.
The screenshot must include your name and email.
Documents can be uploaded by going to ‘My Account’ and then clicking on ‘Document Upload’, or by clicking directly on the link:

Once we receive your missing documents, we will process them as soon as possible.
After chasing and getting nowhere I received the below email asking for proof of debit card (not sure why) but again I uploaded immediately:

We are still missing the back and front of your:
Card ending xxxx7013
- Send A copy of the front and back of the card used to fund your account is required. The first 6 numbers and the last 4 numbers of the long card number must be visible. Please block the remaining long card numbers and the CV2 number on the back of the card.

On Sunday 9th May. I get another email asking for the same proof of debit card and additionally now proof of my bank account, which again were uploaded instantly:

7013 Cards: A copy of the front and back of the card used to fund your account is required. The first 6 numbers and the last 4 numbers of the long card number must be visible. Please block the remaining long card numbers and the CV2 number on the back of the card. The back of the card must be signed.
Screenshot/Bank Statement of your bank account used to fund the account which includes your name and account number. (If you send a screenshot kindly make sure that the bank URL is visible in the screenshot)

We are now 76 hours after the last requested document was uploaded and 13 days after my initial withdrawal request. My complaint has 2 points:
1. why weren't all the required documents requested on the original email on 03/05?
2. Why is it taking over the advised 72 hours to process these documents.
I feel I need to escalate this with Askgamblers or this cycle will continue and I'll never receive my winnings.
Can you help please?
