Delayed Verification and Payment
After joining Spinit on the 20th February, depositing £100 and receiving a 100% matched deposit, after only a few spins I was fortunate enough to win almost £1,500. As this is not an insignificant amount I decided to stop spinning and make the most of my good fortune. I therefore cancelled the bonus and attempted to withdraw my winnings.
The following day, I received an email requesting various verification documents as follows:
Proof of ID
Proof of Address
Proof of Payment Method
A picture of me with my ID
A picture of me with my payment card.
I provided all of this and I have since been told via live chat that my documents have been verified.
However they also said that my account is subject to further security checks. Having contacted them several times since, that is all I get told, and that they will email me when the checks are complete.
It is totally unacceptable for them to keep hold of my “winnings” along with my deposit, without any further explanations or indeed and willingness to provide more detail as to the problem with my account.
