My spinit.com account had been blocked after submitting my docs for verification for my pending withdrawl of 35k zar. What bothers me is that i was not notified that the account would be blocked and nobody from their support team can give me a reason as to why. What is even more frustrating is that it has been nearly a week that my account is blocked and nobody can tell me how long this will take. All i am told is that once the relevant department has concluded certain account security checks they will inform me via email. How long could this possibly take or does this department not have a cut-off time in which they have to resolve and investigate accounts or can they just simply do it at their own pace? I think that i am entitled to know what is really happening as well as exactly how long it will take as the money used to fund this account is my hard earned cash.

This complaint has been reopened as per Spinit Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

Good Day

I would like to inform you that Spinit has successfully paid my withdrawl of 35k zar to my nominated bank account 24hrs ago.
Other than lacking communication skills Spinit.com is a great online casino platform to play on as a South African Citizen. I would recommend it anyday and give it a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating.
