Delayed payment since end of October and delayed documents validation

Hi first thanks for helping , I registered on this casino this summer july as I remember , at the beginning all was great I won with my first deposit , i had quickly send all documents then no problem my account was verified and I received my withdrawals , after anothers deposits and withdrawals no problem . But on october the 28th with my deposit of 100 e I won a nice amount on a slot and after a big wagger ( I played with bonus deposit ) I managed to reach it and so my amount was on cash . According terms and conditions we can withdrawal until 5000e each transaction so i put two withdrawals. Then I received an email from support and documentation team that my withdrawals are both canceled because they want some additionals documents notarized . I understand that this is in their terms and conditions that they may ask another’s documents . So I send them like they asked me proof of adress notarized and bank statement notarized and even a copy of my passport notarized (documents are not free) after one week they finally validated them and then they asked me source of incoms and more precisely my three last bank statement which shoes transactions and justify the amount of my deposits on their casinos . This is very sensible and confidential document but I send to them on the date of. The 3 November , so the same day they asked me , and now at this day they are told me that they haven’t verify and validate them again ,after all i did to proove my good faith and without any reasons to doubt. They still refused to confirm that my account is verified so by the way they always cancelled my withdrawals and send refunds to my account and the process of verification returns to the beggining each time . On their terms and conditions they have to verified documents in maximum 5 open days after they received them , in my case they asked documents one after the others on several times but the last document which isn’t verified yet is my source of incoming and they received them since the 3 novembre so this is more than 5 opens days . By the way they received my proof of adress notarized on November the 11th and she is validated so I don’t understand each time I asked them on chat or by email they said that they will noticed me when all my documents will be checked and verified , I feel very stressed about the situation and mentally tired because I don’t understand why suddenly things changed . All I am asking for is to have my win I deposed more than 10.800 e and always paid my due and played on fair game . Please can you help me I send you all attachments and emails proving that my account was verified and that I did all my best to cooperate with them untill today , but every days they tell me differents things and gave me different delays i can stand anymore , i sawre , i feel so stressed about the situation , on my side i was clear and fair i was and i am a very faithful costumer. Please help me
